LHH HR Heroes: Managing menopause in the workplace
Recent research has shown the negative impact menopause can have on working women in terms of career limitation and lack of employer support.
This session looks at the importance of having a menopause policy at work in place. By implementing a written menopause policy at work, employers can help to ensure that all members of staff feel fully supported by both management and colleagues during this potentially stressful and difficult phase in their lives, and that these individuals are treated fairly in the workplace with dignity and respect.
